How to Install iNoCydia for iOS 9 and 10 Without Jailbreak

You probably came here because your iPhone or iPad doesn’t have Cydia installed.

That’s fine because I’m about to show you an alternative that doesn’t require a jailbreak, at all.

iNoCydia is a popular web-based app that provides many well-known tweaks that jailbroken users can find from Cydia. Further, it’s also a home for the iRec app, a screen recorder that is now compatible with iOS 9.x.

Why iNoCydia instead of the Real Cydia?

Of course, you won’t get the full experience and packages as compared to using the actual Jailbreak.

However, there are some iOS users out there who happen to update their firmware to the latest version. Therefore, no jailbreak utility is compatible with it yet.

Plus, iNoCydia isn’t that bad at all. You can still grab some cool emulators and tweaks for your iPhone.

These include:

Are you ready?

Renamed to iNoJB

Before we get started, I just want to let you know that the app is now rebranded and renamed to iNoJB. That’s the only changes. Everything else should work fine.

Step 1: Pull out your iOS device and open up Safari browser

Step 2: Logon to iNoJB.net and choose Install Now

Step 3: You will be redirected to another site where you can register for an account

Step 4: After that, an email will be sent to you with your activation link

Step 5: Once registered and activated your iNoCydia account, start using it right away

Some Warnings

A few tweaks on this app are hosted on some other websites. If you do get a redirect, be sure to know what you’re downloading. (Ex: Emu4iOS and iEmulators).

Moreover, they also have redirect ads, make sure you know how to distinguish between the two.

I have nothing else to complain about iNoCydia except for the fact that they need to improve on their overall design, fewer advertisements, and remove the register/login system.

Let me know in the comment section below what you guys think of this Cydia alternative and when are you planning to jailbreak your iOS device.
