Based on a Reddit thread, a user claims that he ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max from Apple. The shipment came from a place called Apple Fusion Resi LO55, located in Connecticut rather than from China.
It’s strange that the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which was supposed to be brand new from Apple, has some questionable issues.
- Battery charging issue: The iPhone 14 Pro Max only charges up to 90% even when plugged in overnight.
- iCloud syncing problem: The phone was unable to connect to iCloud.
If you recently ordered an iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, or even the Pro Max with similar issues, you should contact Apple for help.
There is a chance that the device is faulty. Reach out to Apple support (800–692–7753) and arrange for a return or replacement.
At this point, it’s unclear what Apple Fusion Resi LO55 is. It could be a distribution center for new devices or a repair shop for refurbished iPhone.
